accused of terrorism against Bosnian +Croats.+ Furthermore, the Cantonal Public Prosecutor's Office requested an +investigation against one Bosniak Muslim suspected of killing a +Croat policeman.+ The eight mentioned Bosniaks were accused of organised planting of +explosive, demolishing Croat-owned houses, and attacking Croats in +Bosnia.+ The crimes listed in the indictment also include the planting of a +strong explosive device in front of the house of Bugojno Municipal +Council president Ivo Mrsa.+ The indicted Bosniaks were also charged with systematically +tailing Croat policemen who worked in Bugojno, but resided in +Kupres and Livno, two towns where, as refugees from Bugojno, they +have been accommodated with their families since 1993.

eight Bosniak Muslims, accused of terrorism against Bosnian

Furthermore, the Cantonal Public Prosecutor's Office requested an
investigation against one Bosniak Muslim suspected of killing a
Croat policeman.
The eight mentioned Bosniaks were accused of organised planting of
explosive, demolishing Croat-owned houses, and attacking Croats in
Bosnia.
The crimes listed in the indictment also include the planting of a
strong explosive device in front of the house of Bugojno Municipal
Council president Ivo Mrsa.
The indicted Bosniaks were also charged with systematically
tailing Croat policemen who worked in Bugojno, but resided in
Kupres and Livno, two towns where, as refugees from Bugojno, they
have been accommodated with their families since 1993.
According to the Central Bosnia Canton Public Prosecutor's Office,
all eight Bosniaks are detained.
The same Office also requested the launching of an investigation
against one person in detention since September 25, due to founded
suspicion that on July 31 he activated an explosive device in
downtown Travnik, thus killing Ante Valjan, a Croat policeman.
The investigation request is the result of an investigating
procedure carried out by the cantonal and Croat-Muslim Federation
of Bosnia-Herzegovina Interior Ministries.
