ZAGREB, Dec 2 (Hina) - The foreign exchange reserves of the Croatian +National Bank (HNB) amounted to US$2.797 billion in October, or +$60.4 million less than the previous month and $169.8 million more +than in October last year, the
HNB said.+ Out of the total amount, $231.3 relate to special drawing rights, or +three million dollars more than the previous month; $1.92 billion +relate to currencies and deposits ($19 million less than previous +month), and $545.9 million to bonds and promissory notes, or $44.4 +million less than in the previous month.+ The foreign exchange reserves of business banks amounted to $1.91 +billion in October, $481 million less than the month before, and +$535 million less than in October of last year.+(hina) lml jn+
