ZAGREB, Nov 22 (Hina) - Deputy to the International High +Representative in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Jacques Paul Klein, on +Sunday presented to Croatian President Franjo Tudjman a letter +concerning the signed Agreement on Special

The letter, signed by Klein and special US envoy Richard Sklar,

The letter, also forwarded to the President of the Federation of
Bosnia-Herzegovina, Ejup Ganic, stressed that the Office of the
High representative and the United States Government "will assist
the parties in the development of the annexes and review them in
order to ensure that they are fully consistent with the
Constitution of the Republic of Croatia, the Constitution of the
Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, the Constitution of Bosnia-
Herzegovina and the Dayton Peace Accords".
