Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic said after the first official
meeting with his Moldavian counterpart that it had been agreed to
sign two important agreements as soon as possible - on the
protection of investments and avoidance of double taxation.
The two countries are also interested in cooperation in tourism,
the development of roads and curbing drug traffic routes, Granic
said.
Moldavian Foreign Minister Nicolae Tabacaru said his country was
especially interested in Croatia's experience in reforms.

Moldavia has requested the status of associate member of the
European Union.
Granic accepted an invitation to visit Moldavia next spring.
