BH PRESIDENCY PROPOSES MEETING FOR NOV 19 IN ZAGREB

SARAJEVO, Nov 12 (Hina) - The presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina (BH) on Thursday proposed, that the first meeting of the International Council for Cooperation Between Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, is to be held on November 19, in Zagreb, as will the signing of the Ploce and Neum Agreement. The BH presidency authorised its member Alija Izetbegovic to sign, the already initialled agreement on BH's behalf, by which Croatia allows BH to use the port of Ploce. By the same agreement, BH allows Croatia free passage through the area of Neum, which separates the Dubrovnik territory from the rest of Croatia. Members of the BH Presidency held talks on Thursday with the High Representative for BH, Carlos Westendorp, and discussed preparations for a ministers' meeting of the Implementation of Dayton Agreement's Council. The meeting is to be held in December , in Madrid. Westendorp stressed that it was time for BH authorities to finally take responsibility for the circumstances in their country and to start making their own decisions.
