postponed at the request of the Coalition "Sloga" +(Unity), which gathers moderate political parties from the Bosnian +Serb entity. The request was prompted by the failure of +parliamentary benches to harmonise their proposals regarding the +appointment of the new parliamentary leadership and the government +during an eight-hour break.+ Because of the postponement, Republika Srpska President Nikola +Poplasen and Vice President Mirko Sarovic were not able to take +oaths and take over the offices to which they were elected in +September.+(hina) rml+

Republika Srpska National Assembly, which started in Banja Luka on
Thursday and was interrupted later in the evening, will re-open on
November 4.
The session was postponed at the request of the Coalition "Sloga"
(Unity), which gathers moderate political parties from the Bosnian
Serb entity. The request was prompted by the failure of
parliamentary benches to harmonise their proposals regarding the
appointment of the new parliamentary leadership and the government
