SARAJEVO/BANJA LUKA, Oct 30 (Hina) - The constituent session of the +Republika Srpska National Assembly, which started in Banja Luka on +Thursday and was interrupted later in the evening, will re-open on +November 4.+ The session was postponed at the request of the Coalition "Sloga" +(Unity), which gathers moderate political parties from the Bosnian +Serb entity. The request was prompted by the failure of +parliamentary benches to harmonise their proposals regarding the +appointment of the new parliamentary leadership and the government +during an eight-hour break.+ Because of the postponement, Republika Srpska President Nikola +Poplasen and Vice President Mirko Sarovic were not able to take +oaths and take over the offices to which they were elected in +September.+(hina) rml+
