ZAGREB, Sept 18 (Hina) - The Croatian Chamber of Commerce (HGK) will
actively participate in negotiations on economic cooperation
between Croatia and Yugoslavia, and a HGK delegation will soon
visit the Yugoslav Chamber of Commerce.
This was agreed to during talks on Thursday regarding the
possibility of establishing economic cooperation between the two
countries.
Involved in the discussions were representatives of Yugoslav firms
exhibiting at the Zagreb Autumn Trade Fair and the HGK's
international relations department director Dunja Konjevod,
agriculture and food-processing industry department director
Hrvatin Cosic and banking department acting director Nada Sencar.
Business activities between the two countries will be easier and
new possibilities for cooperation will be created with the signing
of additional economic agreements.
Special interest is expressed for cooperation in the agricultural,
food-processing and power industries, the HGK reported.
It was announced that the HGK delegation will visit Yugoslavia next
week.
