MOSTAR, Sept 16 (Hina) - The international community expects
Croatian Democratic Union of Bosnia-Herzegovina (HDZ BiH)
president Ante Jelavic to fulfil the promises he gave following his
election as the party leader, said Martin Garrod, head of the
regional Office of the High Representative (OHR) in Mostar, on
Wednesday.
Garrod recalled Jelavic's statement given after the fifth general
convention of the HDZ BiH in April this year saying he would support
implementation of the Dayton peace agreement, full cooperation
with the international community, establishment of joint B-H
institutions and refugee return.
David Foley, head of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation
in Europe (OSCE) office in Mostar, told reporters he had met with
Jelavic last Sunday.
Foley said he and Jelavic agreed for the HDZ BiH and international
community to continue cooperating closely in the implementation of
the Dayton agreement.
