MOSTAR, Sept 12 (Hina) - Head of the Mostar office for the
Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), David
Foley, said on Saturday there was an incident at a Mostar polling
station.
A person of Croat nationality arrived at the polling station and
began tearing down and fumbling at election materials, threatening
the electoral committee and international representatives.
Local police was not present, Foley said.
The same person arrived at the spot again later accompanied by two
other persons and threatened to return with a gun.
The man was described as having a psychological disorder. There are
no signs that his actions were politically motivated, Foley said.
He added the man had been apprehended.
