OSIJEK-BASED PANTURIST BUSSES TRAVEL BETWEEN SERBIA AND CROATIA

( Editorial: --> 8544 ) ZAGREB, June 3 (Hina) - Osijek-based Panturist company is the first bus transport company to have been crossing the Croatian state border without changing registration plates and travelling across Serbia on route Beli Manastir (eastern Croatia) - Sombor (FR Yugoslavia) for over a month now. The company employs 27 from Baranja (eastern Croatia) and is planning to continue employing mostly returnees to the area. As passengers have shown great interest in this bus route, the company says it is expecting approval for bus routes from Ilok, Vukovar and Erdut to Novi Sad (FRY), and is planning to introduce five new busses as of autumn.
