ZAGREB, May 20 (Hina) - The Croatian National Parliament's House of
Representatives ended the first day of its three-day 31st session
with a short debate on several agenda items.
Wednesday's sitting was expected to discuss a vote of confidence in
the newly-named Defence and Health Ministers, Andrija Hebrang and
Zeljko Reiner, but the vote has been put off until Thursday because
of government commitments.
The lower house confirmed without debate the agenda of the 31st
session which includes 22 items.
The House of Representatives is expected to consider items
including the final Family Law bill, a report on the status of the
banking system and the work of the Public Defender.
