TUZLA, April 27 (Hina) - The International Police Task Force (IPTF)
spokesman in Tuzla, Andrea Angeli, reported that at about 6pm this
evening the Tuzla-Doboj road had been unblocked on the Serb entity
side with help of the Nordic-Polish Brigade from SFOR's Sector
North.
"Prior to SFOR's action we had tried for several hours to negotiate
the opening of the road to traffic but all efforts ended without
results," said Angeli. He also said that SFOR planned to remove the
blockade from the road on the Federation side during the night.
The tunnel at the very entrance to Doboj, which is in the separation
zone, was blocked last night. One side of the tunnel was blocked by
Muslim refugees, the other by Serbian civilians.
