FRENCH PRESIDENT LEAVES SARAJEVO FOR MOSTAR

( Editorial: --> 5277 ) SARAJEVO, April 7 (Hina) - Shortly before 4pm on Tuesday, the French President Jacques Chirac ended his visit to Sarajevo. Before leaving Sarajevo, Chirac visited the German-French Stabilisation Force brigade in the military base Rajlovac outside the Bosnian capital. The French president did not meet the President of the Bosnian Serb entity Biljana Plavsic, although she arrived in Sarajevo. Official sources said Chirac's visit schedule was running late and there was no time for a meeting with Plavsic. Late this afternoon, Chirac arrived in the SFOR base in Mostar airport Ortijes.
