PLOCE, March 5 (Hina) - Oil deliveries to Bosnia-Herzegovina were
resumed on Thursday after the Croatian oil company INA agreed to
wait six months to collect outstanding debts from the Bosnian
company Energopetrol.
Thirty tank truck left Ploce for Sarajevo on Thursday morning,
carrying 700 tonnes of gasoline and diesel fuel.
The deliveries were discontinued by court order on February 25
after INA sued its Bosnian customer for failure to pay for purchased
goods. Executing the order, the Customs Department cordoned off and
sealed Energopetrol's storage facilities at the Ploce port.
INA and Energopetrol eventually signed an agreement whereby
Energopetrol was granted a six-month loan to settle outstanding
debts.
