PLOCE, Feb 27 (Hina) - All deliveries of oil derivatives to Bosnia-
Herzegovina from the Ploce port were discontinued on Thursday after
the Split Commercial Court ordered the seizure of the fuel which the
Sarajevo-based Energopetrol company kept in storage at the port.
The order was issued after the Croatian oil company INA
sued its Bosnian customer for failure to pay for purchased goods.
The order was executed by the staff of the Customs Department, who
cordoned off and sealed Energopetrol's storage facilities on
Thursday.
The daily delivery of 600 to 700 tonnes of gasoline and diesel fuel
to Bosnia-Herzegovina has been discontinued pending further
developments.
