AGRICULTURE FAIR OPENS IN OSIJEK

( Editorial: --> 6783 ) OSIJEK, Mar 3 (Hina) - "Osijek Flora '98", the fifth spring fair of agriculture, food and trade, opened in Osijek, eastern Croatia, Tuesday. Closing on March 8, the fair gathers more than 50 exhibitors displaying tillage, vegetable growing and other agricultural products, as well as products of horticulture and bee-keeping. According to the director of Osjecki Sajam, the company which organised the fair, Zvonimir Pavelic, 80 per cent of this year's exhibitors were new. The fair will include numerous accompanying expert meetings, such as the assessment of Croatian honey and a seminar of Croatian bee- keepers. (hina) ha mm 031347 MET mar 98
