AUSTRIA AND CROATIA SIGN PROTOCOL ON ECONOMIC COOPERATION

( Editorial: --> 5824 ) VIENNA, 20 Jan (Hina) - The first meeting of the mixed Croatian- Austrian Commission for Economic Cooperation ended on Tuesday with the signing of a joint protocol which defines all questions relating to economic cooperation. The protocol was signed by Croatian Deputy Economy Minister Jasna Boric, who led the Croatian delegation to the meeting, and a general director in the Austrian Economy Ministry, Johann Scachs, who headed the Austrian delegation. The Austrian delegation confirmed Austria's readiness and support for Croatia to enter European integration processes and world economic institutions, especially the World Trade Organisation.
