HUNGARIAN DELEGATION VISITS CROATIAN NATIONAL PARLIAMENT

( Editorial: --> 4926 ) ZAGREB, 16 Jan (Hina) - Croatian Parliamentary Speaker Vlatko Pavletic on Friday met with an Hungarian delegation led by the Deputy Premier of Hungary, Maria Korodi. Pavletic said the completion of the peaceful reintegration of the Croatian Danube River region is an important event not only for Croatia but also for Hungary as a neighbouring country. In the future, life will be secure for all in the region, including the Hungarian minority, said Pavletic. Mrs Korodi expressed satisfaction with the peaceful reintegration of the Croatian Danube River region. The delegations also discussed parliamentary cooperation. (Hina) jn mrb 161245 MET jan 98
