CROATIA TO PARTICIPATE IN INTERNATIONAL ECONOMICS CONFERENCE

( Editorial: --> 4402 ) ZAGREB, 14 January (Hina) - Croatian Economy Minister Nenad Porges will participate in the fifth conference for ministers of economy, trade and industry of G-7 countries and countries in transition, which will be held 15-16 January in Prague. This is Croatia's first invitation to the conference which aims to provide a dialogue between representatives of the public and private sectors of the West and East in the interest of progress, trade and investment in transitional countries. Minister Porges was invited to the conference by his Czech counterpart and conference host Karel Kuhnl. The conference will be officially opened by the Czech premier. (hina) jn mrb 141648 MET jan 98
