GLAMOC, Jan 9 (Hina) - The Second Guards Brigade of the Croatian
Defence Council (HVO) on Friday held its first postwar shooting
practice exercise on the largest military artillery range for heavy
weapons in Europe.
Organised by the American military consultants firm MPRI as part of
the "Equip and Train" programme, the exercise was held on the Glamoc
plain in southern Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Today's exercise by Bosnian Croat troops was followed by high
ranking officers of the MPRI, SFOR and the Federation of Bosnia-
Herzegovina Army, among whom was the commander of the First
Croatian Corps of the Federation Army, Leiutenant General Zeljko
Glasnovic.
