SKEGRO HOLDS TALKS WITH SLOVAKIAN ECONOMY MINISTER

( Editorial: --> 3099 ) ZAGREB, Jan 8 (Hina) - Croatian Finance Minister Borislav Skegro on Thursday held talks with Slovakian Economy Minister Karol Cesmek. Cesmek is heading a Slovakian delegation on a three-day visit to Croatia. The two parties discussed the common experience Croatia and Slovakia had in switching to the market economy, and on common problems encountered in accessing European and Atlantic institutions. The two ministers agreed that possibilities for cooperation are big, especially in road and river transport, the power industry, the construction and use of gas and oil pipelines, machine construction, and tourism.
