ZAGREB, Dec 12 (Hina) - Bulgarian President Petar Stojanov on Sunday forwarded a telegram of condolence to Croatian parliament president and acting head of state Vlatko Pavletic on the occasion of the passing of Croatian President
Franjo Tudjman. "I would like to remind you that Bulgaria highly appreciates President Tudjman's efforts for the development of traditionally good relations between the two countries," the telegram read. Stojanov pointed out the Croatian people would never forget that President Tudjman deserved special credit for the realisation and confirmation of Croatia's independence. "President Tudjman holds a special place in the process of the establishment of peace and stability in Southeast Europe," the telegram read.
