ZAGREBACKA BANK TO GAIN MAJORITY SHARE IN HRVATSKA BANK MOSTAR ZAGREB, Nov 26 (Hina) - The Zagrebacka Bank d.d. intends to gain the majority share in the Hrvatska Bank d.d. Mostar. At Thursday's session, the Zagrebacka Bank d.d. Board
of Supervisors adopted a proposal of the Zagrebacka Bank Board which was given after a several-month-long analysis of the Hrvatska Bank d.d. Mostar. The Zagrebacka Bank would gain the majority share after a consent between The Croatian National Bank and competent institutions of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina is achieved. The Zagrebacka Bank is one of the founders of Mostar's Hrvatska Bank. The two banks have developed good business relations. By gaining the majority share in the Hrvatska Bank d.d.
