The Court did not discuss Krsnik's request regarding a temporary
measure, i.e., the postponement of Naletilic's extradition to the
International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY)
in The Hague because today's session adopted a final decision
rejecting Naletilic's request that he not be handed over to the
Hague Tribunal.
Attorney Krsnik requested in the complaint that the Supreme Court
ruling on Naletilic's extradition be annulled and that the case be
returned to the Zagreb County Court for reconsideration.
