THE HAGUE, Oct 20 (Hina) - The International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) Chief Prosecutor, Carla del Ponte, is scheduled to visit Macedonia, the southern Yugoslav province of Kosovo, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and
Croatia next week, spokesman of the ICTY prosecutor office Paul Risley reported on Wednesday. This is going to be del Ponte's first visit to the region since her appointment which took place a month ago. The ICTY Chief Prosecutor is to hold talks with senior Croatian state officials on relations between Zagreb and the ICTY. Del Ponte stressed that Croatia was still not cooperating with the ICTY, said Risley, adding that the matter was being considered by the Council of Europe.(hina) it jn
