BELGRADE, Oct 12 (Hina) - Prime Minister of the Bosnian Serb entity Milorad Dodik said that Radovan Karadzic and Slobodan Milosevic must appear before the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, the Belgrade daily,
