ZAGREB, Oct 6 (Hina) - A majority package of shares of the Dubrovnik-based company Hoteli Argentina d.d. were sold on Tuesday at the Zagreb Stock Exchange to an unknown buyer. The transaction is worth 35.6 million kuna (DM9.12
million) and the shares sold were owned by the Privredna Banka Zagreb and the State Agency for the Rehabilitation of Banks and Savings Insurance. With yesterday's transaction the Zagreb Stock Exchange realised the highest income since the beginning of this year. According to unofficial sources, the new owner of Hoteli Argentina is Andronik Luksic, a rich Croat emigrant, who recently purchased the majority of shares of the Dubrovnik travel agency Atlas. Upon repeated attempts to confirm the report that Luksic's company is the owner of Hoteli Argentina and the Villa Orsula, reporters were told that persons who could provide information were away on business
