100 participants, was organised by the International Humanist League. Present at the opening were president of the international Humanist League Helmut Moritz, Secretary General Zdravko Surlan, Academic Ivan Supek, Dubrovnik-Neretva Prefect Ivan Sprlje, Dubrovnik deputy mayor Vido Bogdanoic, and United Nations special envoy for human rights Elisabeth Rehn.
