Matesa said he believes the back payments to contractors will be settled in the near future, and that the Ivanja Reka-Popovec section will be opened for traffic within two months. Construction works on Breznicki Hum will also resume. According to the premier, "the second part is the ensuring of means for the completion of the remaining 26km. The Croatian government intends to complete the works within the set deadlines."
