MOSTAR/CAPLJINA, Sept 20 (Hina) - Police in Capljina, southern Bosnia-Herzegovina, confirmed on Monday that six plaques set in memory of the Croatian Defence Council (HVO) members killed in clashes with (Moslem-led) Bosnian Army
troops six years ago, had been broken in the night between last Saturday and Sunday. These plaques were set in the village of Stojanovici in the municipality of Capljina. Perpetrators are still unknown. The police said considerable damage had been done to plaques. Local branch of Bosnia's Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) deplored this act.(hina) ms
