participants from 11 central European Initiative (CEI) member-countries. It was organised by the Croatian Foreign Ministry's Diplomatic Academy and the German Foundation called "Hanns Seidel". Croatia's Foreign Minister Mate Granic addressed the seminar on Wednesday when he held a lecture on the European integration processes and Croatia's bids to enter them.
