BRUSSELS, Sept 13 (Hina) - The European Union Council of Ministers, that is in session in Brussels, on Monday will discuss relations with Croatia as a part of a group item from session's agenda dedicated to the situation in Southeast
Europe and the Stability Pact. According to sources in Brussels, Austria advocated the passing of a decision on establishing a joint work group of experts which would help Croatia with preparations for future negotiations with the European Union. EU ministers, however, did not reach consensus. The majority of the ministers believe that such a decision should be postponed until after the elections in Croatia. According to sources in Brussels, Austria advocated the passing of
a decision on establishing a joint work group of experts which would
