ZAGREB, Sept 9 (Hina) - The Croatian Government on Thursday sent into urgent parliamentary procedure a bill on its powers to adopt regulations with legal force, because the existing law expires on October 8. The adoption of the law
will enable the Government to function regularly in the period between the dissolution of the Parliament in its present form prior to the elections and the establishment of a new government. However, the Government will not be able to change the budget and taxes with its regulations, the session said.
