The relics are objects found in the cremation ashes of great spiritual masters and saints of the old India, Burma, Indonesia, Thailand, Korea, Taiwan, Tibet, France and other countries.
The show has been travelling around the world since 2001, said Dragutin Smalcelj, president of the nonprofit association "Padmasana", which promotes the authentic art, culture and spirituality of the Himalayas and which organised this event in the Croatian capital.
Dignitaries of the Jewish, Islamic, Serb Orthodox communities and other spiritual organisations attended the opening ceremony.
Members of the public will be able to see the exhibition in Zagreb's Mestrovic Pavilion from 10 am to 7 pm on August 13 and 14.
