GORNJA RADGONA, Aug 29 (Hina) - Slovene President Milan Kucan on Sunday told Hina the Croatian-Slovene relations were good in principle, although in some issues they could not be described as satisfactory. Kucan said this at today's
ceremony marking the end of the 37th international food fair in Gornja Radgona, Slovenia. The economic cooperation between the two countries is burdened by unregulated legal relations, which is not a good basis for the expected, needed, and possible cooperation between the two economies, Kucan said. This also applies to the postponement of the signing of an agreement on property-rights relations and an agreement on local border traffic. The latter agreement would be of major assistance especially in the field of agriculture and it would help solve many issues concerning the living standards of people from both sides of the state border, Kucan

satisfactory.
Kucan said this at today's ceremony marking the end of the 37th
international food fair in Gornja Radgona, Slovenia.
The economic cooperation between the two countries is burdened by
unregulated legal relations, which is not a good basis for the
expected, needed, and possible cooperation between the two
economies, Kucan said.
This also applies to the postponement of the signing of an agreement
on property-rights relations and an agreement on local border
traffic. The latter agreement would be of major assistance
especially in the field of agriculture and it would help solve many
issues concerning the living standards of people from both sides of
the state border, Kucan added.
Participating in the fair were 17 Croatian companies, the most
successful ones being three dairies - 'Vindija', 'Sirela', and
'Dukat'.
