ZAGREB, Aug 27 (Hina) - The Croatian Government on Friday signed an additional contract with the Bina-Istra company on amendments to the contract on concession for a part of the Adriatic highway, known as the Istria Epsilon. The
agreement was signed by Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications Minister Ivan Pavlovic and Bina-Istra company general director, Charles Paradis. According to the basic principles of the amended concession contract, the Croatian Government has fully taken over all authority regarding tolls at the Istria Epsilon. The annex to the concession agreement signed in 1995 was signed pursuant to a Croatian Government decision from the end of July of this year, the Ministry said. (hina) lml
