not urgently enable for the Croat population which fled during the war, deputy county prefect for housing Zlatko Horvat told the Sarajevo daily "Oslobodenje" on Tuesday. Horvat explained that for some time now there has been a list of 396 Croats who immediately wish to return to Sarajevo including many renown citizens and members of local government bodies. "If the pace of returns continues as until now, it will take 24 years for the estimated 20 thousand non-Muslims to return to their homes", Horvat said, adding that he had formally requested assistance from the Office of the High Representative (OHR).
