BOSNIAN FEDERATION GOVT DISCUSSES SPECIAL RELATIONS AGREEMENT

MOSTAR, Aug 4 (Hina) - The Bosnian Federation Government at Wednesday's session in Mostar discussed a report on the application of the Agreement on Special Relations between Croatia and the Bosnian Federation, and adopted an annex in the health system field. The federal Government committed its ministries to cooperate with the Croatian Government with regards to energy supply, industry and mining, veterinary service, extradition of war crimes suspects, fighting terrorism and drug smuggling, property-rights and soldier and invalid insurance. The Government did not adopt amendments concerning tenants' rights and abandoned real-estate by citizens, as had been requested by the Office of the High representative to Bosnia-Herzegovina. Prime Minister Edhem Bicakcic said after the amendments are adopted, it would be realistic to expect the price of less expensive cigarettes to be lowered by 10 to 20 per cent, while the price of more expensive cigarettes should remain the same.
