HR-BULLETIN-Politika BRIEF NEWS BULLETIN IN ENGLISH NO. 3332 HINA ZAGREB, JULY 22 GOVERNMENT ADOPTS OPERATIONAL PLAN FOR THIS AUTUMN'S SOWINGZAGREB, July 22 (Hina) - The Croatian Government on Thursday adopted an operational plan for this autumn's sowing, the Government reported today. According to the operational plan, this year 30 percent more of arable land will be sowed. The session, chaired by Premier Zlatko Matesa, was held behind closed doors. The Government also adopted a decision to raise by five percent the the state budget users' basic salary for July, to be paid out in August, in line with the Law on the Execution of the State Budget in 1999 and planned budgetary funds in 1999, and a work agreement signed with trade unions in December 1998.
