ZAGREB, July 21 (Hina) - The German Parliament's authorised representative for Southeast Europe, Eberhard Brecht, on Wednesday held talks with the Secretary General of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Croatia (SSSH),
Vitomir Begovic, president of the agriculture, food processing and tobacco, and waterworks workers' trade union Josip Pavic, and commerce trade union president Ana Knezevic. At the talks, the trade unions representatives presented their views of economic, political and social situation in Croatia, SSSH said in a statement. They pointed to the unemployment, grey economy, tax burden, black labour, corruption, failure to respect collective agreements, as well as legal and constitutional principles of workers' and pensioners' rights, the SSSH statement read.(hina) it
