PRISTINA, July 8 (Hina) - Over three thousand ethnic Albanians on Thursday again protested in the south-western Kosovo town of Orahovac at the deployment of Russian troops in that part of the province. Albanians said they did not
trust soldiers from a country like Russia that supported Serbia in its fighting against ethnic Albanians. Protesters carried banners with messages such as "We do not trust Russians, Russians killed us." Albanians had staged a protest rally against the Russian deployment in Orahovac on Wednesday as well. A spokesman for international peace-keepers in Kosovo (KFOR), said on Thursday that one Russian battalion would be deployed in Kosovska Kamenica, another in the village of Lausa and other two battalions would be stationed in Malisevo.(hina) ms
