This would make available to the public documents compiled by the Yugoslav Commission for establishing crimes committed by the occupying forces and their collaborators (which was active after WWII) as well as numerous regulations of the Independent State of Croatia (NDH), segments of survivors' memoirs, a draft of the camp, about 70 authentic photographs taken at the camp during and shortly after the war, and numerous other documents.
