ZAGREB/THE HAGUE, July 2 (Hina) - The Hague-based International Court of Justice (ICJ) on Friday received Croatia's application against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia for violations of the Genocide Convention on Croatia's
territory between 1991 and 1995, the ICJ said in a statement. According to the statement, Croatia today initiated proceedings before the ICJ against the FRY for violations of the Genocide Convention of 1948.
