PRISTINA, June 23 (Hina) - On June 2 and 3, members of Serbian forces unearthed the bodies of 148 Kosovo Albanians who had been massacred in the village of Izbica, in the Drenica municipality, and carried them away into an unknown
direction, Albanians sources in Pristina reported on Tuesday. The massacre, which took place on March 28, is one of the seven largest mass executions in Kosovo and is included in the war crimes indictment against the Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic and four other high Yugoslav state officials. A Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) officer recently presented in Albania a video cassette showing the burial of massacred Albanians. The graves were unearthed five days after The Hague Tribunal had issued the indictment.(hina) rml
