LJUBLJANA, June 15 (Hina) - The political leader of the Kosovo Liberation Army, Hashim Thaqi, on Monday told the Slovene television that Russian troops in Kosovo were unwelcome and that they should go away. "Russians are unwelcome as
they have not recognised the Rambouillete Agreement and we cannot guarantee them security," Thaqi said in Ljubljana where he had previously led talks at the Slovene Foreign Ministry. According to Slovene media, the KLA political leader said they had considered the establishment of a kind of bilateral contacts as well as the set-up of Kosovo office in Ljubljana and Slovene office in Pristina. "We advocate a multiethnic Kosovo and we shall guarantee all rights to Serbs but not to those who have committed crimes," he said in the TV interview.(hina) ms
