In November 1991, Bajramovic entered the flat of Stevan Brajenovic, and under armed threat took the latter's gun, a bag with documents, DM9,700, and car. Branko Saric was sentenced to 12 months in prison. He was found guilty of illegally arresting Stevan Brajenovic. Saric's sentence includes four months spent in detention. After being arrested, Brajenovic was brought to the Pakrac field and given over to Saric, commander of a local reserve police. Saric kept Brajenovic locked in a room for four days, where guards tied him up, beat and subjected him to threats with murder and torture. Munib Suljic, Igor Mikola, and Sinisa Rimac were acquitted on murder charges related to the murder of Aleksandar Antic Sasa in the Pakrac field. The verdict says the victim's body has never been found, and that neither the time nor the method of death, nor other circumstances surrounding the murder, have been indisputably established. Zoran Karlovic was acquitted of the attempted murder of Brajenovic while the latter was trying to escape. Brajenovic did not recognise Karlovic as the person who had shot at him. Mikola, Bajramovic, and Saric were acquitted of abducting from a construction site in October 1991 three men and taking them to the Pakrac field where they were later killed by unknown persons. Zagreb County deputy state attorney Ivan Plevko announced a complaint on the court's decision. (hina) ha jn
