ZAGREB, May 15 (Hina) - Delegations of the Croatian National Parliament and the Government, today laid wreaths at the monument to Bleiburg Victims and Way of Cross Victims, erected at the central Zagreb cemetery of Mirogoj. After the
wreath-laying ceremony, held on the occasion of the Remembrance Day of Bleiburg Victims, the head of the parliamentary delegation, the President of the Sabor, Vlatko Pavletic, stressed that Bleiburg had become a symbol of all Croatian suffering. He added that the Bleiburg tragedy obliged Croatians to try together to build democracy and the identity of Croatia within Europe. On behalf of the Government, Ministers Zeljko Reiner, Bozo Biskupic and Milan Kovac placed a wreath at the monument.
