DUBROVNIK, May 11 (Hina) - The first convention of the Alliance of Associations of Civilian Homeland war Invalids ended in Dubrovnik on Tuesday. The Alliance will forward a letter to the International Criminal tribunal for the former
Yugoslavia (ICTY) and all state and global institutions, requesting that war criminals be brought to justice.
