ZAGREB CITY ASSEMBLY ZAGREB, Apr 30 (Hina) - A delegation of the Israeli-Croatian Friendship League on Friday visited the Zagreb City Assembly. The delegation, headed by league president Samuel Schlesinger, who was born in Zagreb,
held talks with Zagreb City Assembly president Zlatko Canjuga. Canjuga said recent Croatian-Israeli meetings showed progress in the development of the two countries' relations, Canjuga said, pointing out Zagreb was especially looking forward to expanding cooperation and strengthening friendly relations with Tel Aviv. Schlesinger was in particular satisfied with being in his birthplace again, and expressed the wish for Croatia to be included in world courses now that it had ensured its borders.
