OSIJEK, April 9 (Hina) - Forensic science institutes in Osijek, Split and Zagreb are still identifying people exhumed after military and police operations "Flash" and "Storm", and after the peaceful reintegration of the Croatian
Danube region. Out of the total number of 3,000 exhumed, 83 per cent have been identified, president of the Croatian Government Commission for Missing and Imprisoned Persons, Ivan Grujic, said in Osijek on Friday. Grujic held talks on Friday with members of the Osijek-Baranja County association of families of missing and imprisoned Croatian soldiers. Grujic announced that exhumation in the eastern Croatian Osijek-Baranja and Vukovar-Srijem counties would resume on Tuesday, April 13. The exhumations will be carried out by two teams to expedite the process. There are still 164 persons missing in the Osijek-Baranja County, the association's president, Stefica Krstic, said.(hina) lml
